Put up a parking lot

Felt the need to quote from Joni Mitchell's 'Big Yellow Taxi' at yesterday's planning meeting (at 1h 43m) in connection with another car park in Billingshurst town centre.  Sadly, pursuit of mammon triumphed yet again :(
